We are extremely hopeful about the huge recent advances in Covid vaccine development, and at the same time, very cautious over the dramatic increase in cases and hospitalizations throughout our country and the world. With winter right around the corner, dropping temperatures and many holiday events, it is critical that we maintain the rigorous cleaning procedures together with social distancing and masks which have been so successful in fighting Covid. Happily, we continue to report zero cases of Covid confirmed among our employees and are doing everything possible to maintain that record. We at Nemal believe in and are firmly committed to the dual related goals of protecting our health while at the same time preserving our economy. We are most grateful for the incredible progress over the past several months in treatments for Covid and the corresponding reduction in death rates. Nevertheless, we are heartbroken for the more than 250,000 people our country has lost and fully aware that the risk is clearly still with all of us. All of our manufacturing and other company facilities are operating at a normal level, however we continue to experience sporadic delays in shipment times, both of incoming raw materials and outgoing product. As for the past 40 years, our primary concern is for the safety and health of our employees, partners, and customers. For this reason, we have temporarily suspended all travel, trade shows, and customer visits. It is now clear that this disaster will pass, and we look forward to resuming our trade show participation and customer and vendor visits as soon as it is safe to do so, hopefully by the 2nd quarter of 2021.
