CUSTOM MADE ASSEMBLIES FOR OUTDOOR AND HARSH ENVIRONMENT APPLICATIONS.

Nemal Electronics tactical fiber assembly

Nemal's audio and video cables are designed for military use, outdoor news, sporting, and other situations where harsh conditions are present. These tactical assemblies are ideal for repeat use and can withstand severe conditions and rough handling, providing excellent flexibility and high crush resistance. Originally conceived for military use, our Tactical Fiber provides great durability for repeated deployment in severe environments.

2, 4, 6, 8 and 12 Fiber Tactical Cable

Nemal tactical fiber cable consists of a rugged, flexible polyurethane outer jacket and from two to twelve 900um tight-buffered fibers, surrounded by aramid yarn and an aramid ripcord.

The jacket is pressure extruded over the strength member, allowing for direct attachment of the pulling device to the cable outer jacket.

The dielectric cable construction requires no grounding and its smaller diameter and low bend radius allow easy installation in space-constrained areas. In addition, the Single-mode and 50um OM3 versions of the cable utilize advanced bend insensitive fibers featuring a smaller diameter bend radius.
