UHF Series Connectors

The term UHF was originally intended for frequencies of between 0.6 to 300MHz, which was considered Ultra high. Nowadays UHF refers to frequencies of between 300MHz and 3GHz. UHF Series - "Ultra-High Frequency" connectors are the oldest, and least expensive, of RF connector designs. Unlike most other connectors, they can be used with both small-diameter (0.185 inch) and large diameter (0.630 inch) cables, and also with twin-center conductor cables. They have non-constant impedance and give satisfactory performance up to 200 mega-hertz and 500 volts peak. This series has a threaded coupling.

Optional reducing adapters accommodate a wide range of popular coaxial cables including RG58, LMR 240, and others. We offer UHF connectors in both crimp and solder versions.
