RF Twinaxial Cable
Twinaxial cable is commonly used in data transmission and information systems applications. Twinaxial cable uses two twisted conductors surrounded by one shield. The two conductors provide more protection from environmental factors and lower cable loss. Twinax cable tends to lose its effectiveness in long-range applications over 15 MHz. It is therefore, mostly used in short range, high-speed signaling applications. Twinax cables also meet military M17 specifications.
Twinaxial cable is made up of fixed length of copper cable and Twinax connectors on each termination. Twinax cable is widely used in local area network, data center, and high-performance computing connectivity and etc. It’s a cost effective, low power consumption and low latency solution which is ideal for high-density network.
