Nemal Electronics International ("Nemal Electronics," "we," "us," or "our")

collect, how we use it, and the choices you have when you visit nemal.com
(the "Site"), purchase our products, or communicate with us by phone, email,
or text message.
1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT
We collect information you provide directly and information collected
automatically when you use the Site.
Information you provide: your name, company, billing and shipping address,
email address, telephone and mobile number, order details, and any
information you include in inquiries, quote requests, or support
communications. When you place an order, payment is processed by our payment
provider; we do not store full payment-card numbers on our own systems.
Information collected automatically: your IP address, browser type and
version, device and operating-system information, referring pages, and pages
viewed, collected through cookies and similar technologies.

• To process, fulfill, and ship your orders, and to provide order
confirmations and shipping and delivery updates;

We do NOT sell your personal information. See Section 11 for our specific
commitment regarding mobile and text-message information.

and services, maintain business and financial records, and comply with our
legal obligations, after which we delete or de-identify it. You may request
deletion as described in Section 7.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed
to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is
completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. YOUR PRIVACY RIGHTS
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct,
delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, and to opt out of
certain uses. Residents of California (CCPA/CPRA) and individuals in the
EU/UK (GDPR) have specific rights, including the right to request access or
deletion and, where applicable, to object to processing. To exercise any
right, contact us using the details in Section 12. We will not discriminate
against you for exercising your rights.
8. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
The Site is intended for business and professional customers and is not
directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal
information from children.
9. THIRD-PARTY LINKS
The Site may link to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the
privacy practices of those sites, and we encourage you to review their
policies.
10. TEXT MESSAGING (SMS) PROGRAM
If you provide your mobile number and opt in, Nemal Electronics may send you
text messages ("Nemal Electronics Alerts") relating to your orders, shipping
and delivery updates, and the product or catalog information you request.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out
at any time by replying STOP, and you can reply HELP for assistance. Opting
out of text messages will not affect your ability to purchase from us or
receive service by phone or email.
11. NO SHARING OF MOBILE INFORMATION
Mobile phone numbers and text-message consent information are used solely to
deliver the messages you have requested. We do not sell, rent, share, or
transfer your mobile phone number or SMS opt-in and consent information to
any third parties, affiliates, or lead-generation companies for their
marketing or promotional purposes. Any sharing of information with service
providers described in Section 4 excludes text-messaging originator opt-in
data and consent — this information is not shared with any third parties.
