DIN 7/16 Connectors

7/16 DIN connectors are widely used in antenna systems when multiple transmitters are using the same antenna. 7/16 DIN connectors are most common at busy RF locations where multiple transmitters share a common base station or antenna. They are widely preferred because of their lower inter-modulation distortion. In fact, antennas rated for low passive inter-modulation (PIM) performance benefit greatly by using this type of connectors.
