Ben Nemser
CEO, Founder
Ben founded Nemal in Miami in 1977, combining his passion for electronics and aviation with a vision to build reliable connectivity solutions.
Over the years, he has guided the company’s steady growth while remaining deeply involved in professional and community organizations. Ben is an active member of SMPTE, the Society of Broadcast Engineers, the AOPA (Aircraft Owners and Pilots Association), and several local business associations.

Adeline Ferro
Director of Business Development
Adeline leads Nemal’s business development across the Americas, with a strong focus on expanding into the healthcare technology sector. She serves as a bridge between sales and engineering, ensuring customer needs translate into innovative, reliable connectivity solutions.
Though rooted in creative roles, she was always drawn to the technical side of production—learning signal flow, cabling standards, and infrastructure challenges by working directly with integrators and engineers.
Her ability to bridge customer insight with technical expertise makes her a strong advocate for clients.

Robert Larish
North East Sales Manager
Robert brings more than 30 years of experience in broadcast and connectivity. Known for his hands-on approach, he helps clients navigate complex projects with practical solutions. His long career has given him a deep understanding of both fiber and copper technologies, along with the trust of engineers and integrators across the Northeast.

William Loce
VP, Manufacturing
With fiber optic and OTDR certifications, William brings over 30 years of experience in cable manufacturing. Starting in New England, he built a career on reliability, cost-effectiveness, and an understanding of what large broadcast and A/V projects truly require. For more than 20 years, Valber has specialized in the cable and connector markets, starting as Country Manager of Belden Brazil where he helped establish the nation’s electronic cable business. Today, he leads Maxival, Nemal’s exclusive distributor in Brazil, developing new business and integration projects across the country. Based in São Paulo, he enjoys traveling with his wife—especially to New York City to visit their daughter.

Maximo Medina
Director of Engineering, Maxival Broadcast Integration Solutions Brasil
Maximo started working with Nemal Electronics in Brazil around 1998 as a technical sales consultant. As director of engineering for MAXIVAL's, Maximo consults with clients regarding the needs of TV stations and mobile unit projects around the country. Max is to lead a team of technicians, coordinating them through the preparation and technical analysis, as well as specifying the appropriate parts and materials for each project. HIGH ENERGY PHYSICS/NIM-CAMAC
Nemal is a leader in the manufacture of NIM-CAMAC cables, adapters and assemblies for use in high energy physics and research applications. We stock a large inventory of our own manufactured components including SHV, MHV, LC, and HN Type connectors and adapters, as well as LEMO miniature connectors. We offer equivalents for many of the legacy Kings K-Loc® products common in NIM-CAMAC applications. Typical cables include RG174, RG58, RG59 (available with red jacket), and RG316. Our cables have been an integral part of nuclear research at leading institutions throughout the US including Los Alamos, Sandia National Labs, Brookhaven, Jefferson Labs, UCLA, and many others. Our product line includes a wide range of cable assemblies and delay lines in standard and custom lengths. We also provide multiple (snake) cables as well as custom marking and labeling.
